Prof. Thomas Meyer is a neurologist and is the Director of the ALS Outpatient Department of Charité & Universitätsmedizin Berlin. He has been working with ALS patients since 1991. Research visits have taken him to the California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, to Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York and to the Max Delbrück Centre for Molecular Medicine in Berlin.
